Jenny McCarthy is angry Charlie Sheen did not tell her he was HIV-positive when she played his love interest between 2007 and 2011 on Two And A Half Men , but according to a rep for Sheen, McCarthy is way out of line. Sheen, who recently announced on the Today show that he was HIV-positive, now faces an untold amount of legal action, and possibly from Jenny herself.
According to People, Jenny McCarthy slammed Charlie on her SiriusXM satellite radio program Dirty, Sexy, Funny, after learning the actor was HIV-positive. But a rep for Sheen pointed out that “Charlie was infected long after he left Two and a Half Men and long after he worked with Jenny,” leaving McCarthy and her accusations high and dry.

On her show, McCarthy said that actors are required to disclose health issues, such as cold sores, before taking an acting gig, but Sheen never disclosed he was HIV-positive, insinuating a double standard had been put in place or that Charlie was not being honest . Although McCarthy apparently has not asked when Sheen was infected with HIV, Jenny assumed he was positive when they starred together on Two And A Half Men.
On her radio show, Jenny told her audience “I don’t even know how to feel about that,” explaining that if she has to be “upfront about herpes,” should Sheen not have been “upfront about HIV?”
McCarthy continued, and confessed that knowing that Charlie had HIV “would have been some valuable information.” Jenny then pointed out “how many people have played his love interest on the show,” making sure to explain “not that you can obviously get it through kissing, but still that’s a big deal.”

According to the New York Daily News , although Jenny McCarthy has “sympathy” for Charlie Sheen because “he’s sick and it’s awful,” she still looks back on the years she played his love interest and thinks “Ick! That’s not fair. It’s scary” that the actor did not disclose his health status.
Sheen, who says he was upfront with his sexual partners after he contracted HIV, now faces an onslaught of anger and potential lawsuits from women he slept with. According to People , civil rights attorney Gloria Allred confirmed that “I have been contacted by women with reference to Charlie Sheen and their rights.” When pressed whether the women will pursue legal action against Charlie, Allred replied “I have no comment on what will happen next.”
Us reports that Bree Olson , who dated Sheen in the past, publicly slammed the Anger Management actor for not disclosing his status when she was his “live-in Goddess girlfriends in the Spring of 2011.” According to Olson, Sheen “could have killed me,” claiming that Charlie “cared nothing for my life,” on an episode of Inside Edition .

Olson also confessed that Charlie revealed he “found out when him and I were together,” explaining that she was “having sex every single night” with the actor. But in an exclusive statement to People , Mark Burg, who manages Charlie Sheen, said the actor was “100 percent HIV-negative” in early 2011, and Charlie was tested on several occasions around that time.
There has been no information about whether Bree Olson is pursuing legal action against Charlie Sheen.
Sheen recently revealed he was HIV-positive on the Today show in an interview with Matt Lauer. In the interview, Charlie Sheen said he’s now telling fans he is sick because he was being “extorted” for upwards of $10 million by people who wanted to sell his story, reports Us . Sheen explained that although he has had unprotected sex, he told his lovers about the diagnosis and he has not passed the disease onto any of his partners.
