Brooks Ayers Says ‘Real Friends Believe In You’ After Fake Cancer Rumors

Brooks Ayers may not have the best reputation when it comes to the reality television world. Ayers has been accused of abusing Vicki Gunvalson, telling Briana Culberson’s husband that he needs to start hitting her, has been dissed by many of the other Real Housewives stars, and has gotten little support after being diagnosed with cancer.

And with a new housewife on the show, Brooks Ayers is already dealing with drama just one episode in. Vicki revealed that her own daughter questioned Ayers’ cancer diagnosis because he didn’t look sick. While Gunvalson questioned Briana’s opinion, Culberson is a registered nurse and may deal with cancer patients regularly. Even Vicki wondered if and when Brooks would be losing his hair.

According to a new tweet, Brooks Ayers is now breaking his silence about how he feels after the first episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Brooks’ cancer diagnosis was called into question by Briana, and the cancer will later be questioned by Meghan Edmonds. But Brooks is clear in his stance; his real friends believe that he has cancer. It is the fake ones that are questioning his illness.

“Fake friends believe in rumors. Real friends believe in you #maketodaycount #Godknowsthetruth,” Brooks Ayers simply tweeted last night as the newest episode was airing.

It sounds like Brooks is tired of being the bad guy on the show. The only support system he has is Vicki Gunvalson, who strongly believes everything he says. But the other wives are questioning whether he does indeed have cancer. But Ayers has another excuse for that: people who question him and make him look bad are getting paid, because ratings are the key to the success of The Real Housewives of Orange County .

“In reality TV, bad/abnormal behavior is rewarded financially while good/honest actions are discounted. #notcool #drawyourownconclusions,” Brooks Ayers revealed just a few months ago, hinting that people who are slamming him are getting paid to make him look bad.

According to the Inquisitr , Brooks will be accused later on this season for faking the cancer diagnosis. But Vicki continues to stand by her man, and he even moved into her home. It is unclear what will happen later this season, as Gunvalson hasn’t actually shared a photo of herself with Ayers in quite some time.

What do you think of Brooks Ayers’ comment on Twitter? Do you think his real friends believe that he has cancer?
