Was Brooke Brinson’s wedding attended by her aunt, Kyle Richards?
Around the time of Brooke Brinson’s nuptials, Kyle and Kim Richards were feuding as they filmed season five of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , and during one episode, it was hinted that Kyle may have been banned from Brooke Brinson’s wedding to Fatburger heir, Thayer Wiederhorn.
“I love your children like I love my own,” Kyle said through tears during the episode in question , according to an Entertainment Tonight report. “I want to be able to have them in my life, but I don’t need to go.”
“If you want to take them from me too, do that!”
On April 14, Bustle wondered if Kyle was ultimately allowed to attend Brooke Brinson’s wedding, and judging by photos posted by Kyle on Instagram, she was.
In August of last year, Kyle shared a number of photos of Brooke Brinson’s wedding online.
In the caption of a photo of herself and two nephews, Barron and Conrad Hilton, Kyle wrote, “It’s happening now! @brookebrinson & @twiederd wedding with my nephews @barronhilton & @ConradHilton.”
Along with a photo of Brooke Brinson and her new husband, Kyle told fans, “Beautiful night for a beautiful couple. I love you @brookebrinson & @twiederd.”
Kyle also shared a picture of Brooke Brinson and her father, Monty, who was discussed throughout The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season five. As fans of the show will recall, Monty is the one who was recently diagnosed with cancer, and gave Kim one of his pain killers, causing what some believed to have been a relapse.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Brooke Brinson’s mother, Kim, and aunt, Kyle, aren’t currently speaking , and according to Kyle’s latest blog, they don’t appear to be making any progress towards a better relationship.
In the Bravo blog entry from earlier this month, Kyle wrote the following to fans:
“Kim’s comment about being happy just as things are in our relationship was hurtful. So much has happened between Kim and me. Usually at the reunion, you hope to be able to have some resolution by the end. Clearly that wasn’t going to be happening with us.”
Although the sisters are estranged, Kyle did reach out to Kim on Instagram in honor of National Siblings Day.
