Britney Spears wore a sexy dress and black thigh high boots to church on Sunday. But despite the strange choice in attire, we have to admit the singer looked good.
Spears was spotted leaving church in Thousand Oaks, California with boyfriend David Lucado.
While the singer’s outfit may have been better suited in a club or out on the town, Lucado looked more appropriate in a striped button-down dress shirt, black tie, and black vest.
Us Magazine notes that Spears’ boyfriend topped off the more conservative look with a pair of sneakers. This isn’t the first time Britney’s flaunted her body, and the singer definitely looked good.
Despite falling on hard times and shaving her head, Britney Spears has appeared to get her life back on track. The mom-of-two showed off her fit frame at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor on July 30. She wore a black-and-white striped bikini while playing with her boys Sean, seven, and Jayden, six.
E! Online notes that the singer appeared a bit uncomfortable with her sexy church dress. Britney Spears was photographed repeatedly reaching down to tug on the hem of the mini dress.
The site also took time to criticize Spears’ church ensemble choice, commenting that they “don’g think Brit was dressing with the lord in mind.” Beyond that, the singer was also criticized for the heavy knit turtleneck-style top portion of the dress. As for the boots? E! asserted that they wouldn’t even wear them out of the bedroom.
Britney Spears’ sexy church style comes as the singer is working on her eighth studio album . She recently commented on the upcoming project, writing that the project is a combination of “self-confident ‘Britney,’ ” “club-smashing ‘Blackout,’ ” and ‘powerful ‘Femme Fatale.’ ”
While we’re sure Brit’s new album won’t disappoint, we doubt the singer will wear a similar outfit to church anytime soon.
