Bravo star Kyle Richards hasn’t gone into hiding following news of her sister Kim’s alleged psychiatric hold. On August 20, the UK’s Daily Mail published photos of the Bravo star walking her dog in Beverly Hills. In the photos, the Bravo star was seen wearing a light pink top, a white blouse, and gold pumps.

The Bravo star’s family has been dealing with turmoil for the last several months due to Kim’s alcohol relapse. In April, after causing rumors to swirl on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to her seemingly out-of-character behavior, Kim was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel (a favorite of the Bravo star’s mother) after being a disturbance to other patrons. In the end, former Bravo star Kim was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer, and battery on an officer. Then, in August, she was arrested again after allegedly stealing over $600 worth of items from a Target store in Van Nuys.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Bravo star’s older sister, Kim, was reportedly placed on a 5150 hold earlier this month following her second arrest. According to a Radar Online report earlier this week, the Bravo star’s family initiated the hold, which kept Kim hospitalized for three days .
“They were at the end of their rope trying to get her help and decided to force her to get it.”
Although the Bravo star has remained silent regarding the reports, Radar Online’s source claimed Kim has re-entered rehab after being released from the 5150. According to the source, Kim made the decision to go back to rehab after receiving tough love from her family, who claimed they’d cut her off financially if she didn’t agree to get help.
“Kim finally realized that she needed help and is truly committed to getting it. She voluntarily checked into an inpatient facility in Orange County. The family has been very supportive of this move. [The family] told her she had to do it or she was cut off from all of them financially. It is tough love. Kim hit rock bottom and is finally ready to do the work needed to get her life back on track.”
Bravo star Kyle Richards is currently in production on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6, which is expected to return to the network later this year.
