Bravo star Kim Richards is reportedly living in a sober living facility in Malibu, California, but soon, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will leave the treatment center to attend the second wedding of her daughter, Brooke Brinson, and her husband, Thayer Wiederhorn.
Although Brinson tied the knot in August 2014, she will reportedly enjoy a second ceremony in Mexico later this month. Brinson’s first wedding, which took place at the home of Kathy Hilton, was arranged so that her father, the Bravo star’s ex-husband, Monty Brinson, could attend. As fans have seen on Bravo, Brinson is cancer stricken, and has been living in the home of the Bravo star for a number of months as he receives treatment.
While the Bravo star was originally hesitant to enter treatment, she reportedly agreed to get help for 28 days. Then, when treatment is over, she will allegedly leave to attend the wedding, and afterwards, go back to rehab for a longer stay.
On May 12, a source revealed the following to Radar Online.
“Kim is starting to realize that she needs more help than she can get in just a month. So right now, her plan is to stay at the rehab for at least three months after she gets back from Brooke’s wedding.”
According to the source, the Bravo star will be treated for 90 days upon her return from Mexico, although it is unclear whether she will return to the Malibu facility, or begin treatment at a separate location.
“Kim didn’t set anything up before she checked into rehab. Since she just moved, she basically thinks of the treatment facility as home.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, a recent photo of the Bravo star seemingly confirmed she had not entered rehab , but rather moved into a sober living facility. In the photo, shared by AllAboutTRH earlier this week, Richards was seen smoking at a vape store in Malibu.
In the caption of the photo, posted by Vape Prescriptions, a message read as follows.

Because rehab facilities do not allow their patients to leave treatment just days after entering, as the Bravo star did, fans have been led to believe that Richards is living at a sober facility — at least for now.
The Bravo star has not yet revealed the name of the treatment center where she is located.
