As the 21-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, lays tragically in an induced coma in an attempt to save her life, a report today claims that she and partner Nick Gordon were trying for a baby.
While it’s not yet clear whether or not Bobbi attempted to commit suicide, close to the anniversary of her mother’s suicide, the Radar Online has allegedly obtained a text message from Brown to a family friend, in which she described her hopeful dreams for the future.
The publications claims that the text message, which is yet to be verified, revealed, “My husband and I are trying now.”
Even though Whitney Houston adopted Gordon, albeit not legally, he and Bobbi Kristina Brown grew up like brother and sister, and then announced that they were married in January 2014.
Another text, allegedly sent to a friend of Bobbi, read, “I’m 21 years old and will be 22 March 4. Living on my own with MY husband and working my a** off in the studio and acting and doing as my mother taught me to do, is be a young women [sic]. She would want me to be independent,” Brown wrote.
Other texts sent by Bobbi to family and friends revealed the depth of the pain over her mother’s suicide .
“I was ALLLLL my mother lived for,” she wrote in one text, while in another she typed, “Despite the fame, the fortune, the power, any and everything, my mother has done FOR ME lady.. So please don’t come telling me that I have NO idea what it feels like to feel that pain like your heart has been ripped out of your chest and lost for the rest of your life.”
It remains to be seen whether the tragic incident is an attempted suicide or perhaps a drug overdose, as doctors battle to save Bobbi Kristina Brown’s life, and do what they can to stabilize her.
