Sitting in his parked SUV at Yellowstone National Park, Tom Carter recorded a peeved 2000 pound bison charging 200 yards into the Nissan Xterra.
The captivating video shows the bison slowly barrelling towards the car, then he rams his head into the side of the vehicle.
Before the impending impact, a surprised Carter could be heard saying, “Don’t run into our car,” seconds before a woman (seemingly beside him) shouted “Holy crap!” upon impact.
According the owner of the Xterra, the collision caused $2,787.82 worth of damage.
“That’s more than a dollar per pound of the 2,000 pound bison!” said Tom.
The moral of this story, don’t sit and watch while a huge angry beast charges towards your car — it can be costly.
