Celebs like Miranda Cosgrove and others have been buying and selling multi-million dollar homes, some having been previously owned by other celebrities.
It seems like an era ago that Angelina Jolie was wearing Billy Bob Thornton’s vial of blood around her neck. But Thornton, to whom Jolie was married, has had a reminder of his ex-wife surrounding him all these years in the form of a Beverly Hills mansion, says Yahoo News .
The 57-year-old actor, who bought it for $3.75 million just a month before he eloped with Jolie in May 2000, sold it on December 31 for a cool $8 million. According to a real estate website, the 1920s Spanish hacienda features a two-story living room, recording studio, private gym, and massive master suite. And if anyone can get their hands on an old pic of Angelina and Billy Bob playing a round of paddle tennis, we’re sure you could make a pretty penny. Maybe not classic Star Wars moola, but a nice price no less.
The former Nickelodeon star, Miranda Cosgrove , who began her studies at University of Southern California in September, purchased a 3,000-square foot home that sits on more than a quarter of an acre, according to the Los Angeles Times . Not a bad place to study.
Well I don’t know about you, but I’ll take a nice quiet apartment any day. It just costs less up front.
