What’s the latest from Bachelorette stars Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth? The two got engaged during the season finale that aired a few months ago, and they have hardly spent a moment apart since then. Kaitlyn and Shawn are living together in Nashville, Tennessee, these days, and fans are anxious for them to make some wedding plans. Have the two set a date yet?
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are back on the radar a bit again right now, as the Bachelorette star is doing a TEDxVancouver talk this weekend. Shawn and Kaitlyn are doing some media rounds as they travel back to Kaitlyn’s hometown for the talk, and she’s talking a lot about online bullying and self-acceptance. As Bachelorette fans know, Kaitlyn experienced quite a bit of criticism from show fans as her season aired, and she’s opening up now a bit further about the experience.

Bristowe chatted with Breakfast Television to discuss the events she’s doing back in Vancouver, and viewers caught a glimpse of Shawn hanging out off-camera. The trip back to Canada will include not just the Ted Talk, but also a bit of charity work. Kaitlyn and Shawn will be taking part in the Covenant House Sleep Out event to raise money for homeless youth.
Naturally, the question about a wedding date came up during the interview. Kaitlyn laughed, joking that she was surprised at how long it took for the interviewer to ask about wedding plans. At this point, the Bachelorette star’s reply was pretty consistent with what has been shared previously by the couple.
Shawn and Kaitlyn have been saying that things have been too busy for planning at this point, but they think after the first of the year they will sit down and start to nail things down. Bristowe says that she has been doing plenty of pinning of wedding dresses and related things on Pinterest, but there is no date set.

Will Kaitlyn and Shawn go with something elaborate and fancy or a personal getaway somewhere? The Bachelorette star says they have not ruled anything out yet, and she joked about how they are probably having too much fun right now with the engagement.
People also recently chatted with Kaitlyn , who joked about how glad she is that she never has to date again thanks to finding Shawn. The update included a note that Kaitlyn and Shawn are planning to get married sometime in 2016. Anything more specific than that, however, has not come together yet.

While Kaitlyn and Shawn may not be in a rush to get married, they certainly do seem to be having a blast being engaged. After the Bachelorette finale, they spent a fair amount of time together in Vancouver. At this point, however, they have settled in together in Nashville , where Booth is based. Will they stay put there or could another move be on the horizon? It seems they are keeping their options open, though they do seem to love being in Nashville together.
