Eliminated from Juan Pablo’s season of the Bachelor on Episode 6, Cassandra is rumored to make a love connection in Paradise despite coming on late in the season, but there’s a twist in her love story that includes another BIP contestant.
Ferguson, 23, was previously engaged to the father of her child, Indiana Pacers point guard Rodney Stuckey. According to the Daily Mail , the couple met when Stuckey was playing for the Detroit Pistons and she was a dancer for the team. They announced their engagement in May 2014 shortly after Cassandra was eliminated on the Bachelor , but there is no word on why they broke it off.
Cassandra arrived in Paradise on Sunday night’s episode and went on a date with contestant Justin Reich (Kaitlyn’s season), who is also a single parent. The date went a lot better than Justin’s bizarre wedding date with contestant Mackenzie Deonigi — Cassandra and Justin are rumored to be one of the three couples who leave Paradise in a relationship.
Fans who expect their whirlwind romance to last will be in for a big surprise. While it’s not clear how long Cassandra dated Justin after filming wrapped up in late June, it appears that she quickly moved on with another Bachelor in Paradise contestant, Jonathan Holloway .
Shortly after the premiere aired in early August, Cassandra shared a photo on Instagram with her son, Trey, out and about with Jonathan and his son, Sky. Although she emphasized in her first post that they were just friends, both Cassandra and Jonathan continued to post photos that hinted that they had moved beyond the friend zone and into a relationship.

Reality Steve recently confirmed that the rumors are true — Cassandra is dating Jonathan. Unfortunately, Cassandra’s relationship with Justin, including a romantic Fantasy Suite date on the season finale, will air before she can officially confirm that she is now dating Jonathan.
