AT&T Wireless has finally announced a release date for the HP Veer 4G. The webOS 2.1 device will be released on May 15 with a two-year contract price of $99.
The Smartphone ships with a 2.6-inch display with 320 x 400 pixels of resolution, offers an 800MHz Snapdragon processor and features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard which keeps the phones profile down to the size of a credit card.
Also featured is a 5 megapixel camera and 8GB of internal storage. Users will also enjoy HSPA+ support in areas where the 4G technology is support.
The Veer 4G’s HSDPA Cat 10 support is the same technology used on the Motorola Atrix 4G.
