Those Olsen girls sure love older men. Mary Kate Olsen isn’t the only Olsen gal dating someone much older than her. Mary Kate’s twin Ashley Olsen has been quietly dating director Bennett Miller, and now the two have been pictured stepping out together for the first time. The director, responsible for Moneyball and the upcoming Oscar baited film Foxcatcher , is 47 years old. Olsen is 28 years old, but she’s also forever embedded into our brains as an 8-year-old for playing one-half of Michelle Tanner on the TGIF sitcom Full House .
In case you lost track, Ashley’s twin Mary Kate Olsen is also into older men, and is currently engaged to French banker Olivier Sarkozy, who is 45 years old. It’s a 16-year age difference for Mary Kate and Olivier, which we could turn our heads away from if it weren’t for photos like the following popping up every now and then.

As for Ashley Olsen, Us Weekly is reporting that she and Bennett have been quietly dating since February. The two were spotted in New York City on Sunday enjoying a quick walk. Olsen was spotted in a cream colored sweater, while her boyfriend went for an ultra casual look in a blue t-shirt and jeans.

Before they were officially a couple, the two made an appearance at the funeral of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman . Miller had directed the late actor in the film Capote , which won the actor his first and only Academy Award.
According to a source who spoke with US Weekly , the two were “introduced and have started dating.” Prior to her relationship with Bennett Miller Olsen dated businessman David Schulte, actor Justin Bartha and restaurateur Scott Sartiano, all who were significantly older than the former actress.
There’s another Olsen sister to consider in the ongoing trend of the Olsens dating much older men. Younger sister Elizabeth Olsen, who has an impressive acting career despite only being 25 years old, is currently engaged to actor Boyd Holbrook, who is 33 years old.
