Newlyweds Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross have a lot to be grateful for. According to E! Online , the married couple are expecting a child.
This isn’t the first time Simpson is expecting. The new baby will join older brother Bronx, 6. Simpson and Ross got married on August 31.

As the Inquisitr reported, babies were in mind for new daddy-to-be Evan. Simpson accompanied Evan Ross to his premiere for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 . The actor stopped to answer questions about their married life and their future together.
“It’s the best thing ever. I actually want to get back to her, although I’m excited to be on the carpet — it’s incredible. I wish she didn’t leave but there’s a lot going on here. I’ve been with her now for a while so it just feels right. I’m happy to say she’s my wife.”

When the subject of children came up, Evan Ross, 26, son of Diana Ross, was open to discussing the possibility of the couple having children of their own together.
“I would love to [have kids]. As many as possible.”
Although we don’t have a statement from the family, mother-in-law Diana Ross must be thrilled. Back in September, the legendary singer told Us Weekly that the wedding between the two was perfect, and she couldn’t stop gushing.
“The wedding went perfectly. We had a beautiful rainbow surrounding us, loving family and friends, great music, and great speeches from loving and caring friends, and joyful children dancing the night away.”
She continued, “I thank everyone who supported us on the spectacular day and our neighbors who were kind enough to let us have fun. We had great friends that traveled from Norway, London, Switzerland, and from all over the world. Wishing Evan and Ashlee congratulations.”
In addition to being a proud mother, Ross officiated the wedding as well as provided music by singing “Endless Love” at the reception.
So far, neither Ashlee nor Evan have broke the news on their social media accounts.
