Ariana Grande was one of the performers at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but singing and dancing wasn’t all that she did on stage. She also took a smack from the wings of a Victoria’s Secret model.
The fashion show was held at Earls Court in London on December 2. While performing her song during the University of PINK portion of the fashion show, Ariana was smacked by model Elsa Hosk’s large angel wings and her terrified reaction was caught on camera, E Online reports. Grande remained professional and continued to sing her song. After the show, she laughed off the incident through a Tweet.

Ariana wore a racy black outfit with sequins with matching knee-high boots showing that she can definitely compete with the models walking onstage. It seems that she had a warning before being smacked with the angel wings as she posted an image on Instagram with the caption “was so nervous/excited at dress rehearsal I almost walked face first into an Angel’s wings and died lmao oops. (only me….. ever…)”
In addition to Ariana Grande, other musical performers include Ed Sheeran, Hozier, and Taylor Swift, who also performed at last year’s fashion show.
Grande’s Instagram account is filled with pictures of the event including ones with Taylor Swift and the Victoria’s Secret models backstage. Models who walked the show include Lily Aldridge, Karli Kloss, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, and Behati Prinsloo among others.
After the show, Ariana had a “class picture” with all the Victoria’s Secret models.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on December 9 at 10 pm Eastern Time on CBS.
