Ariana Grande took to her Instagram and Twitter accounts to show off her new ink! Yes, you heard it right, the Nickelodeon “Sam & Cat” actress went and got tatted up for a second time.
The actress and singer posted a photo of her new tattoo on her social media outlets on Friday. The photo had many asking “what does that say” because the tattoo is placed so close to Ariana’s hairline and is so small, it’s really difficult for viewers to make out what it says.
Fear not Ariana fans! Perez Hilton saved the day stating that the tattoo reads “mille tendresse” which reportedly is French for “ a thousand tendernesses “. So while the tattoo may give her a little bit of an “edge” the quote itself, which reportedly may have been inspired by a line from the movie Breakfast At Tiffany’s , is still very sweet in nature. Simple, clean and sweet, nothing “bad girl” about it, don’t you agree? According to MTV , Ariana’s tattoo was done by TV’s Best Ink star and celebrity tattoo artist Romeo Lacoste. Both Ariana and Lacoste seemed excited about the new tattoo.
In the picture above, Ariana captioned it saying “not exactly the easiest spot to get a photo of on your own but nonetheless I am very happy. thank you again @romeolacoste ” while Lacoste captioned the following photo saying “Guess who? Thanks @arianagrande for coming to get tattooed!”
