Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s kids are reportedly upset with them both.
As their divorce and custody battle continues to play out in the media, the children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt — including Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox — are said to be devastated by their parent’s split and ready to move on in a new household without them.
“[The kids] are beginning to ask if they can live with Uncle James or any other relative,” an insider told Hollywood Life this week. “They just want to be normal like their friends.”
Immediately after leaving her husband and filing for divorce, Angelina Jolie took her children out of the home where they once lived as a family with Pitt and into a home in Malibu, California, by the beach.
“Maddox and Pax are now so upset with Brad and [Angelina Jolie] that they do not want to live with either of them. The two boys are so disturbed with how their parents are behaving and everything they are being put through,” another source told Hollywood Life .

Due to a child abuse investigation against Pitt, Angelina Jolie was awarded temporary sole physical custody of their children while Pitt was granted visitation. Now, as the couple prepares to amend the agreement to be better suited to their current situation, in which Pitt is no longer under investigation, rumors of a bitter custody battle are swirling.
Following news that the investigation into her husband’s allegedly abusive behavior had been closed, Angelina Jolie released a statement , via her rep.
“The job of the [Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services] is to make sure the children are in a safe and secure situation,” the statement read, via a report by Cosmopolitan magazine on November 11. “As we said earlier this week, childcare professionals encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides that was in the best interest of the children. Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal.”
Angelina Jolie’s husband was being investigated after he and their oldest son, Maddox, reportedly engaged in a fight on their private jet while en route to Los Angeles from France. Although there was no evidence given of Pitt having made physical contact with the boy, rumors claimed Pitt had gotten physical with the teen. One particular report even suggested that Pitt may have hit Maddox in the face during their argument.

Hollywood Life’s report regarding Angelina Jolie’s kids’ desires to live with her brother, James Haven, or another relative comes just weeks after OK! Magazine claimed Pax and Shiloh had requested to live with Pitt.
“Recently, Pax and Shiloh told [Angelina Jolie] that they’d prefer to live with their father,” a source told the magazine , according to a report by Hollywood Life . “Pax and Shiloh have always had a strong bond and both of them have long felt more compatible, emotionally, with [Brad Pitt]. If Pax and Shiloh really want to be with Brad, she’s in an unwinnable situation. How can you claim you’re doing what’s best for the kids when you’re ignoring their stated wishes?”
Despite what Angelina Jolie’s kids may want, they will remain with her in Malibu until a new agreement is set, if that is what happens in the future.
