Amber Heard claims she has medical proof that her husband Johnny Depp has been abusive towards her.

As her divorce proceedings continue, sources say Amber Heard plans to put her husband on the stand and show the judge on their case evidence of her seeking medical care due to a past incident of domestic violence.

On August 9, TMZ claimed Amber Heard’s exhibit list included a photograph of her holding pills in 2014, which her lawyer will reportedly attempt to connect to domestic violence, and a reference to medical records relating to an alleged act of domestic violence. In addition, Amber Heard will reportedly present the court with audio tapes and video clips of her and Johnny Depp interacting at their home.

As for Amber Heard’s witness list, her attorney, Samantha Spector, submitted seven names, including Heard’s good friend Raquel Pennington and Pennington’s boyfriend, Joshua Drew, who were reportedly present at Heard and Depp’s home when he allegedly assaulted her on May 21. Amber Heard’s other friend, iO Tillett Wright, is also listed as a witness.

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp’s witness list includes a whopping 23 people, including a security guard, a housekeeper, attendants at the building and police officers, a few of whom saw Amber Heard after the alleged attack and saw no evidence of abuse. Depp also, via TMZ , has a “secret photo” which may prove his innocence.

Amber Heard filed for divorce in May after just 15 months of marriage, and in the months that have followed, she and Depp have been in a legal battle against one another, which continues to be quite dramatic.

On Saturday, Amber Heard arrived to court just before noon, despite her appearance being scheduled to start at 10 a.m., and never actually walked into the deposition room. Instead, People Magazine revealed, Amber Heard refused to leave an office nearby, and despite multiple attempts by Depp’s team, she didn’t take her deposition .

Because the “offices are made of transparent glass,” Johnny Depp’s attorney, Laura Wasser, claimed she could “quite clearly” observe “[Amber Heard] hysterically crying and pacing in her separate conference room, or screaming and yelling at times and laughing at others.”

“[Amber Heard] appeared manic and irrational,” Wasser continued, adding that she “observed Amber’s counsel trying to reason with her throughout the day.”

Johnny Depp’s lawyers also said that Amber Heard’s team never presented them with the documents requested and are now asking for Amber Heard to be banned from testifying if her case goes to trial or that her case be dismissed completely.

Sources close to Amber Heard, however, tell a very different story.

“Although [Amber Heard] was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny’s attorneys,” the source told People Magazine . “She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny’s counsel from commencing the deposition during that time.”

Days later, during a conference in reference to Depp’s upcoming restraining order hearing, Judge Carl H. Moor ordered Amber Heard to be deposed this Friday, while Depp will appear for his own deposition on Saturday.

Addressing his client’s alleged refusal to take her deposition, Amber Heard’s attorney, Joseph Koenig, told the judge, “It did not go forward, she was there for 10 hours. [Depp’s] counsel may have a different view if they think we sat there and did nothing. It is inaccurate.”
