Adam Levine will be making his second appearance in three months on Saturday Night Live January 26. But this time, Levine will be hosting, solo, instead of appearing as a musical guest with Maroon 5.

This will be Levine’s first time hosting SNL. But he has appeared on the show four times with Maroon 5, with their November 17 appearance as musical guests being the most recent. The Bourne Legacy star Jeremy Renner hosted that episode, and Levine made a cameo during a parody of The Voice .

In 2007, Levine contributed vocals to the digital short “Iran So Far,” according to the Huffington Post .

Kendrick Lamar will be appearing as the musical guest on the January 26 episode. This will be his first appearance on the show. The Compton rapper announced the news on his Facebook page, writing “SNL x Jan 26th… ya bish…” underneath a promotional photo.

SNL will return for its first episode of the new year on January 19. The Hunger Games and Silver Linings Playbook star Jennifer Lawrence will be hosting, and folk rock band The Lumineers will perform as the musical guest. This will be the SNL debut for both Lawrence and The Lumineers, whose single “Ho Hey” from their self-titled debut album reached number on the Billboard Hot 100. The single has gone double platinum and the album has been certified gold in the United States.

Lawrence was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy/Musical for Silver Linings Playbook . She told MTV , “It’s amazing. It was such an incredible part.”

Her co-star Bradley Cooper was nominated for Best Actor in the same category.
