One person who is very happy for Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert is Kaitlyn Bristowe. On Wednesday, Kaitlyn expressed her happiness for Jade and Tanner over their engagement.
Kaitlyn welcomed Jade and Tanner to the club of engaged people and told them congratulations.

Tanner showed off his humor once again by thanking Kaitlyn for keeping him long enough on The Bachelorette to make a strong enough impression to get invited to be on the spin-off Bachelor in Paradise , where he met Jade.
Kaitlyn and Jade met one another on Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor . Jade became the fourth runner-up while Kaitlyn became the third runner-up, behind Becca Tilley and final pick Whitney Bischoff. Kaitlyn then became the star of The Bachelorette , where she met Tanner Tolbert. Tanner, lacking much of a connection with Kaitlyn, was sent home about mid-way through.
On the premiere episode of Bachelor in Paradise , Tanner Tolbert made fun of his short run on The Bachelorette . In a skit, Tanner, pretending to be Kaitlyn Bristowe, didn’t remember who Tanner was.
Luckily for Tanner, his run on Bachelor in Paradise ended up being much more successful. He coupled up with Jade Roper right from the beginning and they remained by each other’s sides for the entire season. In contrast to some of the other relationships, Tanner and Jade’s relationship was shown to be drama-free, strong, and secure.
On the final episode that aired on Monday night, Tanner, when it was time to hand out his final rose, told Jade exactly how he felt about her.
“Coming into Paradise , I really didn’t have any expectations about meeting somebody or falling in love with somebody. I’ve never met anybody who makes me feel the way I feel with you.”
Jade told Tanner she was excited for their future together.
“You make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world, and worthy, and understood, which I don’t think I’ve ever felt from a man before, and I think even though Paradise is ending, I have a sense of peace about it because we both want to work on a future together.”
Instead of giving his final rose to Jade, Tanner gave her an engagement ring instead.
“I can’t give you this rose today. What we have is worth is so much more than a rose — than a million roses — I love you, Jade, and I want to keep on loving you for the rest of my entire life. Will you make me the happiest man on Earth and marry me?”
Jade said yes without hesitation.
Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper are currently in Tanner’s hometown of Kansas City. On Friday night, they enjoyed dinner and a romantic carriage ride.
In response to a Bachelor in Paradise viewer who asked her if she has moved away from Nashville, Jade said that she still lives in Nashville but is simply visiting Tanner in Kansas city .
Kaitlyn Bristowe’s fiance, Shawn Booth, lives in Nashville. As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Kaitlyn and Shawn recently said that they would love to have a home in Nashville . Perhaps if both couples end up in Nashville, they’ll go on double dates?
