Matt Damon put his mansion in Miami Beach up for sale, and the actor is looking to pocket a cool $10 million from the sale.

Property listings show that Damon purchased the waterfront estate back in 2005 for close to $10 million, and now it’s being put on the market for $20 million.

Matt Damon’s mansion is anything but modest. It’s set on more than an acre of land and has a 12,705-square-foot main house along with a two-bedroom guest house and a pool house as well. The land includes a courtyard entrance while inside there’s a theater, a wine, cellar, seven bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms.

The home also has a private terrace on the master suite, which has a “spa-quality” bathroom.

The Mediterranean-style estate, known as Maravilla , comes with a great view over Biscayne Bay and a dock along with its 170 feet of water frontage.

“If you want to live in a home that has the most breathtaking views in one of Miami Beach’s most coveted locations, then you must see this property,” listing agent Jill Eber said in a statement.

If someone wants to snag a celebrity’s home but doesn’t have $20 million to spare, they could head cross-country to Los Angeles to see the home once owned by Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks . The Hollywood Hills estate is on sale for a little more than $1 million.

Her former comes with 3,528-square feet of space, a guest apartment and sunset views. She also put in several renovations since buying it in the late 1970s.

The home was also owned by silent-movie star Vilma Banky, who lived there after the home was built in the late 1920s. Banky, who appeared alongside stars Rudolph Valentine and Ronald Colman, is know for starring in The Eagle and The Son of the Sheik.

Matt Damon probably wouldn’t be in the mansion much in the upcoming months. He’ll likely have a busy promotion schedule with a few upcoming movies, Elysium, The Monuments Men , and the television movie Behind the Canedlabra .
