Jennifer Lopez may be seen as a talented singer to many but on Friday night she was just a regular mom. Lopez celebrated her 5-year-old twins birthdays on Friday by bringing some homemade cupcakes into school.
The star had a busy year in 2012 with her new film, Parker, and a world tour, but now she’s enjoying being a mom again.
Lopez posted a photo of her cupcakes on Twitter.
The singer wrote:
“Happy Birthday Coconuts! 5 years of joy and true love! … School cupcakes. Mom duties. Best feeling ever.”
J-Lo baked blue and pink cupcakes and hand delivered them to her twins school on Friday.
US Magazine reports that Lopez and her ex-husband Marc Anthony share custody of Max and Emme. J-Lo and Anthony are no longer a couple but the two do remain friends.
Lopez said:
“He will always be in our lives … He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children. You know, we respect each other”.
Earlier this month Lopez, and her boyfriend Casper Smart, even joined Anthony for his son’s birthday party.
