Young and the Restless spoilers tease tense moments are ahead on the CBS soap opera. Michael Roark, the actor who played Travis Crawford, announced on Facebook that he is leaving The Young and the Restless . He stated that his time is over, and he is moving on to other projects. With Travis leaving, what’s next for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)?

“A Goodbye Note – Love you. I made the decision to move onto the next challenge in my career,” Michael Roark wrote on his Facebook page. “Thank you fans for your support and for welcoming me; this has been an unexpected and extraordinary chapter for me. Special thanks to Amelia Heinle for being everything she is and to the CBS family, past and present, for allowing me to bring Travis Crawford to the canvas including—Mal Young, Judy B Wilson, Chuck Pratt, Jill Phelps, Tracy Thompson, Angelica McDaniel and Steve Kent.”

“We hope you enjoyed our #Tricky story. I know fans may be disappointed in the recent turn in their story so I offer this…Travis loves Victoria. Always has…but he never took the care to look inward and address his demons after his life crashed the first time. He ran away to a bar and then to a boat and life humbled him again, as it does..and he was only as strong as the weakest part of him…but ya never know if Travis may return to GC one day, maybe a wiser man. – I’ll miss bringing you Travis Crawford, see you soon on the next one.”

Michael Roark’s exit didn’t surprise most Young and the Restless fans as his storyline lacked excitement and seemed forced, Serial Scoop reported. Most fans couldn’t see Victoria and Travis making it for the long haul and felt his exit was coming. When he proposed to Victoria, many felt that it was a last ditch effort to keep Travis in the storylines. “Tricky” wasn’t working, and Young and the Restless fans never warmed up to the pair.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Travis will work hard over the next few weeks to win Victoria over. He will finally realize that she isn’t willing to marry someone she cannot trust, and Travis decides to move on and away from Genoa City. In time, Victoria may forgive him, but right now, she isn’t ready to marry him knowing that he slept with Michelle just a few weeks earlier. Victoria is right to be concerned about it too. Travis proved that he couldn’t be trusted and she had no other choice but to end her relationship.

So long yall, goodbye note says it. Ill miss bringing you Travis Crawford, c u soon on the next one ???? #YR #Tricky pic.twitter.com/leMhbYcgpo

As for Victoria, Young and the Restless spoilers hasn’t given much of a clue about what’s ahead for her other than her son, Reed, will be coming to town. Tristan Lake Leabu landed the role of Reed and will play her newly-aged teenage son, Michael Fairman reported. Last time we saw Reed, he was a young child visiting Victoria for the holidays right after baby Katie was born in 2015. Reed will show up in Genoa City, possibly with his dad and stepmom in tow, to spend time with his mother in the next few weeks.

Michael Roark didn’t reveal when he would be exiting The Young and the Restless . We can expect it could be in the next few weeks as his alter ego is running out of storyline options.

Young and the Restless fans, are you sad to see Michael Roark leave the soap opera? Do you think he will return to Genoa City, older and wiser down the road?

I know #Tricky fans..a lot of angst. Hope this lightens the mood. ?? @sharonlcase @ameliamheinle #YR #summertime pic.twitter.com/QY6Cnm9zQJ
