One Direction’s makeup line from discount cosmetics brand MUA (Makeup Artists) has been launched. According to a statement from MUA, by the end of the month, you’ll find the One Direction Little Things Collection exclusively in UK Superdrug stores, the Superdrug website, and the MUA website.
You might think five boys would know little or nothing about makeup. However, One Direction member Zayn Malik revealed a previously unsuspected side when he appeared as a sexy secretary in the new One Direction music video, “Best Song Ever .”
Sneak previews of Zayn Malik at his makeup table had already been leaked on Twitter before the video itself. And now I think we all know why.
The new One Direction Little Things line appears to be squarely aimed at tweens or young teen’s pockets and cosmetic needs. There will be five nail polish shades, each named for a member of One Direction.
There will be cheek tints that allow your natural cheek color to show through. And there will be lipsticks and lip polishes with names like Zayn Loves Watermelon.
So there’s no heavy-duty repair work doing on here. You’re just getting some sheer basics to highlight the looks of someone who already has good skin.
It’s perfect for Zayn — and maybe for their young market too.

But, at the end of the day, I suspect the new One Direction makeup from MUA will be a hit with tweens mostly because it’s cheap.
