Ready to download some Call of Duty: Black Ops content for your Xbox 360? Thanks to an announcement by Major Nelson’s podcast it looks like your gaming console will be the first to receive a DLC, arriving as early as February 1.
According to the announcement, the first DLC is based strongly around multiplayer maps, with four standard maps and one specifically meant for the Zombies mode of the title.
Along with that upgrade, players will be able to play one level of the missions in Hong Kong, while another takes place in the Arctic Circle.
Other gaming systems (PS3, PC) will see the DLC arriving sometime in March, 2011. In the meantime Xbox 360 users will have to shell over 1,200 Microsoft Points to grab the download, that’s approx. $15.
