Just a day after getting recognized and having performed at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, Justin Bieber has something to say to the audience: You are all fakes. Well, not the entire audience exactly, as Bieber clarifies his point in a long rant he dishes out on Instagram, according to Us Magazine .
“Because when I look in the audience I see a bunch of fake smiles so that when the camera hits them they look happy. Sure there are people truly proud of others so I don’t want to knock them I’m just looking at the vast majority.”

Nor was Justin Bieber singling out the Billboard awards ceremony. Actually, the “Sorry” singer is referring to all awards functions in general. In his social network rants, Justin seems to be craving for authenticity lately. The superstar continues as follows.
” No disrespect to anybody at any of the shows or the people running it. Nothing but love for you guys and your support…I try to think of it as a celebration but can’t help feeling like people are rating and grading my performance. A lot of people in the audience seem there to be worried about how much camera time they will get or who they can network with.”
Wow, that certainly is a lot to swallow and digest. All of a sudden, the young music artist seems to be in a preachy mood. Justin Bieber hasn’t always been this way. But, lately, calling people hypocrites has been his strongest suit.
It is indicative of what is going on in the megastar’s mind. Justin Bieber is only 22-years-old, so he may still have some growing up to do. He sees his Purpose World Tour as a prism in which to examine the world, and so, accordingly, he says the following.
“I can’t feel the recognition. There’s an authenticity missing that I crave!”
It’s so hard to ignore all the antics that Justin Bieber has shown the world lately, such as crying while performing, asking his fans to back off, climbing trees, feeding squirrels in a Boston public park, and petting wild animals such as a lion.
Comparatively speaking, Justin Bieber says that he is generally happier being in a musical concert or taking part in one of his own performances, as opposed to attending an awards ceremony. As he goes on in the same Instagram post, ” I don’t feel good when I’m there nor after.”
Thanks to Cosmopolitan and TMZ , we do have a window to Justin’s soul, the one that he laughs about in the same Instagram feed as he writes, “I know it would probably be hard to calculate and award someone’s spirit lol.”
The sources claim that “the real reason why Justin Bieber has been acting weird lately is because he has had an epiphany.”
Asked to shed light on this new revelation the sources say, ” Justin isn’t acting like this because he’s lost himself, but, in fact, because he’s found himself.”
This explanation makes so much sense and does explain all the weird things that have been happening in the star’s life, lately, most of which are of Justin’s own doing. This kind of soul-searching can churn a lot of unusual stuff from any person. Adds TMZ, “He has decided his focus should be nature and religion, not partying and performing.”
In view of these recent revelations, what can we expect from Bieber in the coming days, months, or even years? Based on all the commentaries he has been dishing out lately, we can only expect the critic’s side of the “What Do You Mean” singer to be active at all times from now on.
But, the one thing that Justin Bieber probably hasn’t realized yet is that there are two sides to the coin. As he becomes increasingly critical of others, the other party in the equation also reserves the right to do the same thing. For example, somebody might bring forth the observation that he typically uses far too many high-tech gadgets during his performances while making less and less use of his own voice “capital” onstage.
As such, Justin Bieber seems to be missing out on what truly makes a musical concert valuable to the audience. As Justin Bieber becomes increasingly critical of other people, he can look forward to more and more people who are, in turn, also increasingly critical of his performances or even his very own nature.
