A YouTube video of a typical NYC street fight earlier this week is making the rounds thanks to Gothamist .
Anyone who has or currently lives in the five boroughs will sympathize with the filmer in that street aggression is, for better or worse, generally a spectator sport- at least for the first 90 seconds. It really does take at least a minute and a half to return to “part of humanity” mode.
So, in the video, a guy hitting up Starbucks on the Lower East Side ends up witnessing some guy get a Kryptonite lock to the proboscis a few times. Check it.
