Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa Bryant, isn’t going to stay with a loser. Sure, Kobe has five NBA championship rings, two gold medals , and a handful of MVP awards, but, if he wants to keep Vanessa at his side, he’ll have to keep the championship rings coming.
Vanessa said:
“I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships. If you’re sacrificing time away from my family and myself for the benefit of winning championships, then winning a championship should happen every single year.”
Vanessa filed for divorce at the end of last year, but it looks like she’s ready to give Kobe another chance. I mean, hey, he just brought home a gold medal and the Lakers just signed Steve Nash and Dwight Howard.
When Vanessa filed for divorce in 2011 it had been more than a year since Kobe’s last championship. Now with Howard and Nash in Los Angeles, Kobe could be returning to NBA glory, and in turn, saving his marriage.
