Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have had a rough time ever since the news of Lamar’s drug overdose last October. Khloe’s been there for Lamara, sticking with him throughout his hospitalization and giving the basketball star all kinds of support, including her own faith in his ability to get healthy. But it looks like Lamar is “playing with fire,” according to TMZ . The news is that Odom couldn’t resist going out ‘boozing” with friends in the wee hours of Easter Sunday morning. He was spotted at the Johnny O’Brien Irish pub in Sherman Oaks at midnight, and stayed there until 1 a.m. drinking.

Staff at the pub said that Odom drank at least three Remi Martin drinks pre-Easter service happy hour. Remi Martin is a high-end cognac, a kind of brandy. His two buddies drank as well, but Lamar took care of his own tab. He ordered the drinks, “and paid for them himself.”

It was only a few hours later that the Kardashians attended Easter service, and Lamar joined them. He was still wearing the exact same clothes he’d worn out drinking at the pub, looking as if he hadn’t even gone home yet. The “sweatshirt, shades and chain” might have been just so comfortable that Lamar wanted to wear them again, of course.

There’s more evidence of a night of boozing, too. Lamar couldn’t make it to the Easter church service without some java to clear his head. He was holding a Starbucks coffee cup in his hand as he climbed the church steps with Mason Disick clutching his other hand. Khloe was holding Mason’s hand too, and she was also toting Penelope so that the four of them looked just like a dad, mom, and kids.
The way that Lamar and Khloe scooped Kourtney Kardashian’s kids, Penelope and Mason Disick, on the walk into church is probably a sign that Khloe still wants to have kids with Lamar. According to Us Weekly , the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is “open” to rekindling their romance, though she insists that hasn’t happened yet.
“Like, OK, I hope that first marriage could happen again, but it’s really hard to erase everything that happened. Just building a friendship back is what I’m doing now.”
It remains to be seen whether Khloe will trust Lamar enough to let romance happen again. The news that Odom was drinking at the bar appeared to worry Kardashian, and the Daily Mail reports that she took to Twitter to share her feelings. “I hate this feeling… Helpless,” she tweeted.

A short time later, Kardashian added some words of wisdom from preacher Joel Osteen’s Twitter account. Those tweets appeared to be a reflection of Khloe’s own emotions as she came to terms with Lamar’s continued substance abuse problems.

Kardashian followed that tweet a hopeful comment about having faith that “God will move heaven and earth to do what He promised.”

The Easter service was especially meaningful for Khloe since the the pastor, Brad Johnson, was the same person who officiated when Khloe and Lamar were married. What do you think?
