11 new promo images for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 have arrived online. Featuring characters already well known to audiences, the new pictures are fierce, smoldering and dramatically stylized.
Among them; Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Edward and Bella Cullen, Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black, and most of the “Cullen” family – Peter Facinelli (Dr Carlisle Cullen), Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Hale), Kellan Lutz (Emmet Cullen), Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen) and Nikki Reed (Rosalie Hale).
Directed by Bill Condon who also helmed The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 , the much anticipated denouement to Stephenie Meyer’s series hits theaters on November 16.
Making her first-time-in-a -movie debut as Edward and Bella’s half vampire/half human – supernaturally fast-growing daughter, is 11-year-old Mackenzie Foy – who made quite an impression at the recent Comic-Con in San Diego a few weeks ago.
Asked at Comic-Con what fans can expect in the final installment, Robert Pattinson described the film’s last scene as,
“This amazing ending which is so sweet,” said Pattinson, “anyone who’s had any kind of investment in this series you can’t really help but get emotional about it.”
Intriguingly, Pattinson added that the rest of the movie was “like a political, action epic […] completely bizarre. It’s nothing like the other ones.”
