Jennifer Garner is carrying on in her newly-single life along with her three adorable children with a seemingly positive outlook. Garner and estranged husband Ben Affleck are reported to be planning on spending the holidays together. However, the two are not intending on reuniting anytime soon. Not only that, but a source recently shared with People Magazine that Garner is definitely not looking to date anyone for a lengthy amount of time after the heartache she has experienced with Ben.
The insider shared, in regard to Jen’s intentions, that dating not even close to being on the star’s agenda.
“She is moving on. But she is still far, far from dating and it will probably be a long time before she even cares to focus on dating.”
This, however, does not mean that Garner is wallowing in pity or unhappy in her new, single lifestyle. The media has continuously been reporting on how happy and motivated Jen has been when on outings and hitting the gym, looking gorgeous as always. An additional source indicates that Jen is truly at peace with the new situation, despite a nanny scandal and split from Affleck.
“[Jen]really seems more happy, she’s much more energetic and has been working out almost every day.”
As previously noted, Jen and Ben are working things out so that they are able to spend the holidays together for their children’s sake. Star Pulse relays words of an insider as to how the pair are attempting to put a plan in place.
“Jen and Ben are figuring out right now how they can best spend the holidays together. [Garner] wants to get along with Ben for the kids’ sake.”
As the publication reminds, there were many reasons that the star-studded duo decided to call it quits five months ago. Ben was reportedly drinking a bit too heavily and there was talk of infidelity. The major story that broke about his alleged affairs was one involving the couple’s former nanny, Christine Ouzounian. Ben and his reps denied the whole allegation; however, the damage was done and caused a media storm around the couple at an already trying time.
Garner has been continuously putting on a brave face while paparazzi attempt to catch her wallowing. Jen is not giving them what they want, as she is constantly all smiles and energy when heading out to her morning workouts in L.A.
The Daily Mail was sure to report on this when Jen exited the gym looking beaming and cheerful with a flawless, makeup-free complexion on Saturday morning. The publication, keen on describing celebrity style, did so in regard to Jen’s workout ensemble.
“The Golden Globe winner dressed in a grey sweatshirt over a white tank with black workout leggings which showed off her toned physique.Garner swept her long brunette locks back into a bun which highlighted her exquisite features and darling dimples. She kept concealed beneath tortoise shell shades while completing her workout attire with colorful blue sneakers and accessorized with a simple gold chain.”
Garner was joined by a friend and, as many sources have commented on, she looked relaxed, cheerful and motivated to take on the day. The star has been working out hard as of late, likely for an upcoming role. The ever-fit Daredevil star surely would have no problem in finding a new guy to help her forget about Ben’s alleged misbehavior. However, as noted, Jen is not entirely ready and it appears all of those who are likely waiting in line to be able to date Jen will just have to wait patiently for the gorgeous star to come back around to the idea of romance.
