Kourtney Kardashian shared a new photo of her sister, Khloe, on Twitter on November 2. After visiting the Cliffside rehabilitation center, where Scott Disick is currently receiving treatment, with her three children, Kourtney Kardashian spent some quality time with her younger sister.

Just one day prior to Kourtney Kardashian’s one-on-one time with Khloe, she had taken her children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, to see their father in rehab, where he has been stationed for the last few weeks following what appears to have been an intervention with Kourtney Kardashian and her family, including Kris Jenner and her sister, Kim.
“Scott was really happy to see the kids and was very loving with them,” a source told Us Weekly of Kourtney Kardashian’s visit, which was just under two hours. “He visited with them inside for awhile and then took them outside to admire the view from the balcony.”

According to the magazine’s source, Kourtney Kardashian’s former boyfriend gave their oldest child, 5-year-old Mason, a pair of binoculars and they were “spotting birds and trying to look for other animals” together. Three-year-old Penelope was also included in the fun.
“[Kourtney Kardashian] stood back and let Scott do his thing with the kids, but she seemed to be on decent terms with Scott and they were chatting from time to time.”
While there haven’t been any rehab details confirmed regarding Scott Disick’s stay, a second source told the magazine that the reality star recently “decided to stay a little longer” at Cliffside to ensure he was on the right path before heading back to his home life.
“He’s making progress but wants to make sure and there was no harm in staying a bit longer so he decided to stay another week or two to be safe.”
Last weekend, as Kourtney Kardashian enjoyed her sister Kim’s baby shower, mother Kris Jenner made an early exit from the party and took her three children to visit Disick. At the time, rumors began swirling, claiming Kourtney Kardashian wasn’t on board with what her mother did, but now that she too has gone to the facility, there doesn’t appear to have been any truth to the reports.
After leaving Kim’s baby shower, which took place last Sunday afternoon, Jenner and the children traveled to see their dad — and in photos from their visit, Jenner was seen in the pajamas she wore to the shower.
Although Kourtney Kardashian is making a point to include her children in Disick’s life, despite his current stint in rehab, she and her former boyfriend are no longer romantic.
Over the summer, after nine years of dating, Kourtney Kardashian called off her relationship with Disick after seeing photos of him and his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, enjoying one another’s company overseas a bit too much. While Khloe Karashian has been extremely tolerant of her former partner’s bad behavior in the past, the photos of Disick and Bartoli getting close were simply too much for her to handle, and in scenes from Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 10, she was seen understandably upset over Disick’s highly publicized betrayal.
Following their split, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend surfaced in New York City with an 18-year-old model, but at this time, it doesn’t appear that they are dating.
