Former RHOBH star Kim Richards recently addressed the end of her time with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . On Twitter on October 9, as her co-stars continued to film Season 6 in New York City, the former RHOBH star spoke to a fan who said she would miss Richards when the show returned to Bravo later this year.

The former RHOBH star has been a full-time housewife on the Bravo show for the last five seasons and was one of the original cast members when the show began. Not seeing her appear will be strange for many fans who have gotten to know the former RHOBH star quite well in recent years.
For the first couple of seasons, the former RHOBH star was seen struggling with her addiction to alcohol. While some fans weren’t aware of Richards’ ongoing sobriety issues, they were eventually brought to their attention. Luckily, she entered rehab a short time later. In the seasons that followed the former RHOBH star’s stint in treatment, Richards appeared to be good health, and despite her ongoing family feud with sister Kyle, her sobriety remained intact until the end of Season 5.
In April 2015, months after filming the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special for Season 5, Richards suffered a relapse and was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was accused of becoming highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. While hotel security attempted to make the former RHOBH star leave, Richards refused and police were called. When all was said and done, the former RHOBH star was charged with public intoxication, resisting an officer, battery on an officer, and trespassing. However, her legal troubles were far from over.
After a number of trips to rehab in the months that followed, Richards returned to Los Angeles, where she was later arrested at a Target store for attempting to load $600 worth of stolen merchandise into her vehicle.
As Richards continued to battle her addiction, her relationship with Kyle remained strained, but after a birthday reconciliation weeks ago, the former RHOBH star appeared to be on much better terms with both of her sisters, Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards.

This week, Kyle opened up about her sister’s current health.
“She’s doing really well – she’s doing really well right now,” Kyle told People Magazine on Thursday night’s Global Lyme Alliance gala in New York City (Yolanda Foster was honored for her advocacy work during the event).

Although Richards is not a part of the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , the former RHOBH star reportedly wanted to me. Weeks ago, in a report by Radar Online , Richards was said to be “begging” to reclaim her Bravo role .
“There are no plans to allow her back on the show. No one believes she was sober all along now and everyone feels completely duped… The fact that she lied about her addiction issues was just the icing on the cake from all the drama that surrounded her dog Kingsley.”
During Season 5 of the show, the former RHOBH star was at odds with her sister due to her dog Kingsley’s attack on Kyle’s daughter, Alexia Umansky. While Richards said his attack was nothing more than a little bite, Kyle claimed her daughter nearly lost her hand.
