Dina Manzo left New Jersey in lieu of Southern California after wrapping filming on The Real Housewives of New Jersey , but according to a September 23 report by Real Mr. Housewife , the longtime reality star may soon be headed back to the east coast.
“Although [Dina Manzo] made it seem like she would never want back on the show, she now wants back for sure.”
After moving west, Dina Manzo began living in Malibu, California, but recently, the reality star relocated to Beverly Hills. Dina Manzo also has a new man in her life, Dave Cantin, and according to Real Mr. Housewife ‘s source, he’s the leading force in her possible return to Bravo.
“[Dina Manzo]’s boyfriend, Dave, is desperate to be famous — even moreso than Bobby Ciasulli from last season — and is urging her she needs to go back. This man definitely wants to be on camera, so don’t be surprised if [Dina Manzo] does end up returning.”
Dina Manzo was featured in a full-time role during season six after spending three seasons away from the show. Although Dina Manzo was included in full-time roles during seasons one and two, she quit the show after its second season, and remained off-camera until her season six return.
While several members of the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are expected to return for Season 7, including Dina Manzo, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita, a source told E! News earlier this year that Bravo producers were hoping to take the show in a “different,” more glamorous direction.
“Their goal is to include more well-known names and make New Jersey look more glamorous, like the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . Potential new cast members are being told the show will take an entirely different direction. The focus isn’t going to be on Teresa and her family’s legal troubles. It’s time for a fresh start. More fun and more glam … It’s still early in the process. They’re meeting with a lot of women and trying to determine what ensemble will work best for the show.”
Because Dina Manzo is currently living in Beverly Hills, she may be exactly what producers were hoping for. However, Dina Manzo has yet to release a statement regarding her possible return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for Season 7, and Bravo has yet to speak out about the series’ renewal or its cast.
