It might just be time for Harry Potter fans to make a pilgrimage up to the great white north.
Paris Xerx and Matt Rocks, two very big fans J.K. Rowling’s mega-popular book series and media super-tornado Harry Potter , have decided to open a bar that pays homage to the amazingly popular series. Entertainment Weekly says that the two Canadian entrepreneurs call it the Lockhart. The sign on the window features a rather literal interpretation of the bar’s name, but fans of the Harry Potter book and movie series will recognize that the bar is named after an inept blowhard who was sub-par at magic but was amazing at public relations that Harry Potter had for a Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Gilderoy Lockhart.

While Xerx and Rocks are not exactly hiding the Harry Potter theming of the Lockhart, Metro reports that they do it with a subtlety that does not exactly throw Harry Potter lore in your face the way you would experience it at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Orlando. A person casually walking by the Lockhart could simply walk in and not recognize that they are in a Harry Potter fan-bar if they are not paying attention.

There are drinks that fellow enthusiasts and even casual fans will instantly recognize, including a drink called Befuddlement Ale, and another called the Shacklebolt. While there are plans to have Butterbeer, they have to come up with a new name for it, as Warner Brothers has that brand trademarked and copyrighted, and is sold at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The Lockhart will even reward you for being a Harry Potter superfan. There’s even one drink with a Harry Potter reference so obscure that if you mention that you recognize it, you get to drink it for free.

While the main theme is Harry Potter , there are other pop culture references on their drink menu such as the Captain Picard. There is also something on the menu that is listed as a Jalapeno Death Shot that warns that you should not drink it as it is not fit for human consumption. This drink costs $9.
If there is anyone who could be considered a modern-day Walt Disney, it would most likely be J.K. Rowling. She began her Harry Potter brand in the 90s, and it has continued to grow. Now Harry Potter has one more haven.
