A-list couple Jay Z and Beyoncé will have to say goodbye to their mansion in L.A.
According to TMZ , their place has been sold and they have to hunt for another place to live in. They have been renting their Los Angeles mansion since February.

Reports revealed Jay Z and Beyoncé shell out $150k a month for their 16,000-square-foot Holmby Hills residence. The buyer was willing to pay $35.5 million for the place and the Hollywood couple did not seemed to be concerned with outbidding the new buyer.
The mansion has seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. It has three floors and is equipped with an elevator. It also boasts a master suite that measures 2,000 square feet. The L-shaped mansion has been built by Estate Four, luxury developers based in London and L.A.
Since it is a high-end mansion, Jay Z and Beyoncé have everything they could need inside the place. It has a fitness suite with massage room. The home is very detailed, as it has a 75-foot long gallery, family and catering kitchens, and a living room with a fireplace and 20-foot ceiling. Moreover, the massive home has a climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar. Last but not least, it also features a high-tech screening room.

Outside the mansion, is a luxurious outdoor kitchen. Another attraction is the infinity swimming pool. The place also includes a synthetic grass tennis court.

The actual price of the mansion is $35 million and its facilities are state-of-the-art. But many people are wondering why the couple did not show interest in buying the house and just settled on it temporarily.
Jay Z and Beyoncé could be looking for a new place in Beverly Hills or Bel-Air.
According to Variety , Beyoncé has a condo unit at One Beacon complex located in Midtown Manhattan. Her husband owns a 8,309-square-foot penthouse in TriBeCa in New York. Jay Z’s TriBeCa property was bought for a price of $6,850,000 back in 2004 and it holds sentimental value for the couple because it was where they were married back in 2008.

Speaking of marriage, some rumors claim that Jay Z and Beyoncé’s marriage is not going very well. InTouch Weekly reports the two are just pretending to be a happy couple. In fact, Beyoncé was “sick” of playing happy in front of the cameras, reports claimed. It is rumored her husband has had extramarital affairs.
Jay Z and Beyoncé have not commented on the issue.
