LaLa and Carmelo Anthony have taken cheating accusations head-on.
According to the SpreadIt , LaLa and Carmelo Anthony are still together, and they are not letting anyone bring them down. Despite some serious allegations that LaLa stepped out on her man with rapper, Maino, the two have shown that they are stronger than ever before.
Here’s how it all started.
Maino’s ex, Patrice E, decided to take to social media to attack LaLa and to accuse her of having an affair.
“How does it feel to be the slut responsible for his daughter never waking up to her father again. @Lala does your husband know that your hoe ass has been [expletive] my daughters father. That you slept over his house the other night after the movies,” Patrice E. wrote on Instagram.
She later removed the post.
LaLa and Carmelo Anthony initially responded to the allegations by way of a rep, who said that the claims were “absolutely not true.” Sources say that LaLa and Maino have been good friends for many years and that Patrice has always been jealous of their closeness. For whatever reason, Patrice decided to stir up some drama, but it is beyond clear that the Anthony’s aren’t the least bit bothered.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , LaLa and Carmelo posted a video of themselves lip-syncing Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s “All Eyes on Us.” The lyrics that they mouth seem to be very telling, and many believe that they posted the video in direct response to Patrice’s comments.
“He was the realest, I was the baddest, we was the illest When he approached me, I said, ‘Yo what the deal is?’ In and out them dealers, rockin’ chinchillas I got him in the back of that ‘bach, I think he catchin’ feelings Now it’s all eyes on us, and this all lies on trust And if them [b——] wanna trip, tell ’em they tour guide’s on us This kitty cat on reclusive, he duck, duckin’ them gooses.”
According to Us Weekly , the “All Eyes on Us” video was a way for the power couple to mock Patrice.
“In the clip, her husband sits in front of her while she mocks their critics.”
LaLa and Carmelo Anthony were spotted together in Puerto Rico over the weekend. Sources say that they have been sure to show the world just how together they really are, and that their weekend getaway was just another sign that their marriage is in a good place.
