Will To Love is the newest romantic comedy movie coming to TV One tonight. Will To Love stars Basketball Wives LA’s Draya Michele as Candice Koleto, Keshia Knight Pulliam as Rachel Paris, and Marques Houston as Jamal Hawkins.
Written by Chaz Echols and directed by Chris Stokes, Will To Love focuses on Jamal, a single but handsome well-to-do businessman who is living the life of his dreams. After his grandfather is diagnosed with an illness that is sure to kill him in a short time, Jamal learns that his grandfather is willing to leave everything to him if he finds a wife and gets married before he dies. With only three to six months to live, it’s a race against the clock as Jamal tries to find the perfect wife before his grandfather passes away.
And it’s no easy feat. Jamal literally goes through a slew of women who just don’t seem to fit the bill — until the sultry Candice Koleto comes along and promises to steal his heart. What he doesn’t know is that Candice is most likely in it for the dollars. But he does have one more admirer who goes unnoticed, his employee Rachel Paris. Can Rachel Paris convince Jamal that she is the one for him, or will Candice Koleto hit the jackpot?
Will To Love , which is produced by Footage Films, is the latest among several original movies that TV One is coming out with this year. The Summoning , For the Love of Ruth , and To Hell and Back , have already aired. The soundtrack for the movie includes an amazing lineup of songs from Marques Houston, Chrisy, iRich, and Hannah Grace.
