Robyn Brown is pregnant!
The Sister Wives star and her polygamist husband Kody Brown are expecting their second child together, a rep for the couple confirmed to Us Weekly on Friday, June 19.
“We are so happy to announce an eagerly expected new member of the Brown family!” the rep said in a statement.
The new baby, due on January 7, will make the 18th child for the polygamist family, and the fifth for Robyn, who already had three children from a previous marriage.
After surviving 15 pregnancies between Robyn and his three other wives, Meri, Christine, and Janelle, Kody says he is a pro when taking care of a pregnant woman.
“I try to always be kind and tender, but when a woman is expecting, you have to be ultra-sensitive,” he said after Robyn’s pregnancy announcement was made. “And always do the dishes,” he added.

The family’s exciting news comes merely four months after it was revealed that Meri, the only legally married wife of Kody, had made the decision to divorce her husband so that Robyn, who joined the family in 2010, could legally marry him.
“We have chosen to live in a plural family for many different reasons, above all we have a testimony that this is what God wants us to do and it will make us better people. Our faith is very important to us and it is intertwined into our daily lives,” the family said in a statement on their website, according to NewsOxy .

“We value family above all else,” the statement continued. “We try to spend as much time together as possible… We honor, respect and love everyone in our family. Our children should respect and be obedient to all the mothers in our family. The mothers should treat all the children fairly. The children are all brothers and sisters and should treat each other as such.”
