Teresa Giudice is currently incarcerated, but when it comes to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s at-home life, her drama is in full effect.

According to a new report, Teresa Giudice has been forced to make good on the massive debt she and husband Joe accrued, when they were found guilty of charges of bank and wire fraud at the end of last year.

On June 8, NorthJersey.com reported the following in regard to Teresa Giudice’s $415,589 debt.

“Teresa Giudice has agreed to give the federal government the furnishings of her family home in Montville, a 2005 Maserati Quattroporte, half the rent from a home in Lincoln Park and 25 percent of any money she gets from the Bravo network.”

In addition to Teresa Giudice’s debt, both she and Joe were dealt time behind bars for their crimes. On January 5, 2015, Teresa Giudice entered prison to serve a 15-month term. When her term is complete, husband Joe will serve a 41-month term. Because of their four children, the judge on their case allowed them so serve staggered sentences so that their children would never be without both parents at the same time.

Teresa Giudice’s return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season seven has yet to be officially confirmed, but judging by NorthJersey.com ‘s report, which was based on court documents, there seems to be a good chance of it happening.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice was originally expected to remain behind bars until next February, but in a new report, it was confirmed she’d been granted an early release , and will be back home with Joe and their four daughters later this year. Below is what NorthJersey.com reported last month.

“[Teresa Giudice] will be released from Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in early December, and will immediately begin home confinement to serve out the remainder of her sentence.”

Teresa Giudice and her husband have been featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey since the series’ first season, and will likely continue on with the show later this year, upon Teresa’s release. As for the rest of the cast, including Teresa Giudice’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, it’s hard to say who will return.

Teresa Giudice was one of five official housewives during season six, with the others being Gorga, Amber Marchese, and twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea. Everyone except Giudice and Gorga was new to the series during season six.
