Gwyneth Paltrow is known for being health conscious. The busy actress has admitted in the past that she often detoxes and drinks juices while sticking to an organic and clean diet. But Gwyneth Paltrow has weaknesses just like everybody else, according to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

At a recent event for Hamptons magazine, Tracy Anderson revealed one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s weaknesses . The Goop businesswoman cheats more than her fans think!

“She doesn’t eat really well. She eats French fries more than anyone I know. That girl eats more bread and cheese and fries than I can tell you. But she eats good French fries—she’s not going to a drive through. And she’s consistent with her workouts. If she misses a workout, she definitely feels it. She and I will both feel it and have a struggle if we don’t show up for our workout. I would be obese.”

Tracy Anderson and Gwyneth Paltrow not only work out together, they also do business together. Gwyneth recently announced in Hamptons magazine that she’s launching an organic food and drink meal service alongside Tracy and Maria Baum, who will become CEO of the new company.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s new company, 3 Green Hearts , will include fresh and healthy organic meals, and of course, juices and smoothies. Consumers will be able to choose from a menu that includes fish tacos, gluten-free pastas, kale ravioli, and quinoa salads. Gwyneth’s takeout service will also include desserts that are made “without all the processed things that really hurt us.”

In the article, Paltrow explained how she got involved with the dessert part of the menu. She wanted to include sweets and cookies that didn’t contain allergens and toxins that affect the digestive system.

“I’ve figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs – all the main allergens. It’s also about me being able to settle the inflammation fire that is so many bodies.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s new food venture comes on the heels of her cookbooks and her successful lifestyle site, Goop . Just don’t compare her to other actresses who launched their own lifestyle brands. As previously reported via the Inquisitr , Paltrow thinks it’s “ misogynistic ” to be compared with the likes of Blake Lively, Jessica Alba, and Reese Witherspoon.

“This is a very interesting question, because I wonder if George Clooney would be asked about Puff Daddy’s ancillary liquor line. I’m fascinated how the media in particular are so confounded by entrepreneurial women doing something outside of their box. I wrestle with it. I feel there’s something slightly misogynistic about it.”

Although Gwyneth Paltrow lives a healthy life, she’s still human. She told Women’s Health that the general public still has misconceptions about her healthy lifestyle. Some fans thought that Paltrow forces her kids into eating healthy.

“Honestly, the things that people have gotten wrong about me in 20-whatever years. I’ve been misquoted a lot around food. The reason I wrote my last cookbook [ It’s All Good ] with no overt allergens in it was because of my son’s eczema. He should eat gluten-free, based on his allergy tests. I don’t know how that got construed to I don’t feed my kids carbs.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s 3 Green Hearts will only be available at Tracy Anderson’s fitness studios in the Hamptons. They hope to expand in the near future. Gwyneth and Tracy also want to include paraben-free beauty products and household cleaning products.
