Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff have faced breakup rumors for the past few months, and now new pictures of Whitney with some former competitors is sending the rumor mill into overdrive.
Since before the couple even made it official with their engagement at the end of The Bachelor last season, reports have indicated that Soules and Bischoff would not be together for long. The reports have continued to grow as the couple moves apart, with Chris living in Los Angeles to compete on Dancing With The Stars and Whitney moving back to her home — and her old job — in Chicago.
Now, it appears that Bischoff may be growing closer to her former competitors than she is to her fiancé. Bischoff appeared online in a photo showing her with Becca Tilley and this year’s Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, both of whom tried to compete for Soules’ affections on the last season of The Bachelor .
Tilley posted a photo of the three former competitors on her Instagram , noting that they still get along quite well: “Unexpectedly, the most awkward thing about this photo was trying to take a picture with a computer screen.”
Normally, it wouldn’t be odd for Bischoff to hang out with women she had grown close to, but given the already rampant breakup rumors with Chris Soules, many took it as another sign that the couple’s split is imminent.
Now, one of the most reliable Bachelor sources is also predicting the end of the relationship . Blogger Reality Steve, who posts inside information on the show and has correctly predicted all but one winner, says that Soules and Bischoff have no plan to get married.
It’s a stance he’s held for months.
“I’m going to tell you exactly what I told you when Chris’ season was airing,” Steve wrote earlier this month. “He is not marrying Whitney. He was never interested in marrying anyone from that show. So whether they’re actually broken up now, whether it happens in two weeks, or whether it happens in two months, does it really matter? They’re never getting married, plain and simple.”
But if Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff are breaking up, it doesn’t appear to be happening anytime soon. The couple appears to be together now, and Chris’s friend Cody Sattler posted a picture on Instagram saying he watched The Bachelorette with both Chris and Whitney, who he said were snuggling on the couch together.
