Coke Boys’ rapper Chinx Drugz was fatally shot during a drive-by in a Jamaica, New York, neighborhood on Sunday, May 17. Initially, there were no leads or witnesses with information about the fatal shooting but, apparently that has changed over the past couple of days.
Now, the New York Police Department reportedly has details about the prime suspect involved in the case. The alleged person of interest comes as quite a shock to most because he’s a person no one would have ever suspected — French Montana.
According to Love That News , three assailants in connection with Chinx’s murder were recently arrested. During the interrogation, the assailants revealed Chinx’s shooting was actually a murder-for-hire plot orchestrated by his friend and label mate, French Montana. It has been reported that the three men were paid $30,000 collectively to complete the deadly job. French Montana allegedly paid $15,000 upfront and another $15,000 after he was confirmed dead. However, there were also stipulations on the confirmation — apparently it had to be reported by TMZ before the final payment could be made.
“FRENCH PAID US $15,000 UP FRONT AND SAID HE WOULD GIVE US ANOTHER $15,000 ONCE TMZ CONFIRMED CHINX WAS DEAD.”
Following the interrogation, detectives reportedly contacted French Montana, who is now considered the prime suspect in the case. However, according to the questionable report, authorities have been unable to reach “him or whichever one of the Kardashians that he’s in a relationship with.”
Of course, the shocking report has left many fans in disbelief and with good reason. The entire report is a hoax! For those who don’t know, Love That News — formerly the satirical site Cream BMP — is widely known for publishing outlandish reports for comical purposes only.

Apparently, the French Montana report has caught the attention of many readers who have questioned its validity. It currently has more than 8,000 shares as it continues to circulate via social media.
Although the report is completely false, French Montana received lots of criticism due following the launch of a GoFundMe page that was established to cover the cost of the late rapper’s funeral. Fans were reportedly outraged by the “Don’t Panic” rapper’s presumed lack of compassion for the family during their time of bereavement.

He recently released a statement in response to the backlash, reports BET.
“I hate having to address the negativity during this time of grief. It is irrelevant. I pray that everyone would consider that real people lost a real man, friend, brother, father before spreading hateful speech. His funeral is taken care of. My brother is in good hand[s]. If you don’t have nothing positive to say keep it to your self #ripchinx.”
