Last month, Hilary Duff unveiled that she joined the popular dating app, Tinder. And, like most people, you probably wondered why. Well now we may have an answer – it could be for her new music video “Sparks.”
In the video, the singer incorporates bits and pieces of her real life, including an interview with Valentine in the Morning when she announced that she was indeed on the dating site.
Duff shared that she found her Tinder experience quite interesting.
“I’m not just totally joking around, but I’m also not taking it very seriously. I think the whole thing is like fascinating to me.”
The 27-year-old debuted a sexier look in “Sparks,” which is reminiscent of an early 2000’s-styled music video of colorful backgrounds and well-oiled dance moves.
The song, which is actually a bit catchy, is frequently drowned out by clips of the singer and her friends documenting her newfound Tinder life.
And if you’re truly looking for love on Tinder, Hilary, then, maybe next time, try not to make it seem like it’s all just a giant endorsement.
