Kristen Taekman dished on the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New York City , and Dorinda Medley’s new boyfriend , during a May 4 interview.
After watching a sneak peek at tomorrow night’s new episode of the Bravo reality show, which featured Medley’s boyfriend grabbing her backside, Kristen Taekman weighed in on the odd scene, revealing her husband, Josh, was right behind her when it happened.
“He wasn’t the clean dry cleaner there, that’s for sure,” Kristen Taekman told hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover during Access Hollywood Live on Monday, after someone suggested he was a “dirty dry cleaner.”
“Why do people always get frisky with me? I don’t get it! My husband was right there. He was a foot away. He was right behind that whole thing… It was all fun and games, until it wasn’t. That’s always sort of how it goes down and… a [he got a] little too handsy, even when I watched it, I was like, ‘Oh!’ “
When Hoover then asked Kristen Taekman why Medley would be dating someone who would feel it necessary to grab her co-star’s tush, Taekman said she wasn’t sure, and deemed the whole night “uncomfortable.”
As for rumors she’s no longer allowing Bravo to film her and husband Josh’s marital spats, Kristen Taekman said that wasn’t at all the case.
“If we’re going to argue, we are going to argue, and if you guys see it, that’s cool.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, news of Kristen Taekman’s alleged rules for Bravo hit the web last week. According to a Radar Online source, Kristen Taekman “banned” cameras from getting too personal when it came to her and Josh.
“Before Kristen signed up for another season, she had long discussions with [Josh] because he was unhappy with how he was portrayed on the show. He didn’t want the show to negatively impact his business. There was a lot of added strain in the marriage after the season aired, so Kristen agreed to not allow cameras as much access to them as a couple.”
Kristen Taekman joined the show during Season 6, after being introduced to Andy Cohen by her longtime friend, Brandi Glanville, who stars on the Beverly Hills franchise.
