Bruce Willis Isn’t Too Tough To Cry, Admits Watching Rumer Willis On ‘DWTS’ Makes Him Emotional

Bruce Willis isn’t afraid to cry, especially when his children make him proud. According to The SpreadIt , the Die Hard actor recently admitted that he has gotten really emotional while watching his daughter, Rumer, compete on Dancing With The Stars . The confession came during a rehearsal visit, and ABC cameras caught the tender moments on video for Monday night’s pre-dance package.

“I’m very proud of her. The most exciting thing for me was how she looked when she got done dancing and stepped off stage. I love seeing her happy like that. She makes me cry,” said Willis.

Bruce Willis probably doesn’t cry a lot (he’s fairly tough), but it’s super sweet to see just how supportive he is of his kids. He knows what a big deal Dancing With The Stars is for Rumer, and he has done his best to show her that he is proud of her, something that she says feels wonderful.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Rumer Willis really loves having the support of her family , and having her dad pop in during rehearsals last week meant a lot to her.

“He’s such a silly guy and to be able to have him come in when I don’t get to see him that often, come in and see what we do and see the whole process of how it all comes together and see how hard I work and what we do every week is very cool. Most people, you know, only get to see a minute and thirty seconds of an entire week of five or six hour-a-day of rehearsal and we work really hard. To have him look at me and say, ‘Wow, I am so impressed by the amount of work that you are putting in,’ is very validating.”

According to Us Weekly , Bruce Willis was asked if he’d ever consider doing Dancing With The Stars , and he said he probably wouldn’t do it . Not only is it a lot of work, but it takes a lot of time, and it’s demanding — something Rumer knows all too well at this point.

Bruce and his ex-wife Demi Moore (Rumer’s mom) have been in the ballroom quite a few times. They have also been instrumental in helping spread the word, and trying to get people to vote for #TeamValenRue.

Do you think Rumer Willis will make it to the finals?
