New York housewife Ramona Singer recently opened up about her love life. In an April 29 interview with PEOPLE Magazine , the New York housewife revealed what she’s looking for in a man.
“If on the first date, if he doesn’t help me with my coat, then I don’t want to be with him. I like a man who is attentive from the very beginning. If he’s not, then you don’t want him.”
According to the New York housewife, dating in the public eye comes with its challenges, which is why she prefers to be set up. Speaking to the magazine, Singer said she never wants any man to have a pre-judged opinion of her, based on what they’ve heard in the tabloids, or seen on The Real Housewives of New York City . Although the New York housewife said she’s proud of her career, she knows much of what she’s said has been taken out of context.
As for her perfect date, the New York housewife explained, “Have great bottle of wine, great conversation, maybe go somewhere else later for a drink and then the next day they send you flowers.”
In August, after catching her husband, Mario Singer, cheating on her with a much younger fitness instructor and socialite, the New York housewife released the following statement to PEOPLE Magazine :
“I tried to make my marriage work because I have strong values and I believe that people make mistakes, but you reach a point where you realize the other person isn’t putting in as much effort as you are. And I reached my breaking point.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the New York housewife was said to be attempting another reconciliation with her husband just days ago. According to Radar Online , the New York housewife had allegedly been making late night calls to her soon-to-be ex-husband in hopes of getting back together . Unfortunately, Mario wasn’t on board with the idea.
Singer “was feeling very nostalgic, and started calling Mario,” the source said.
“He would listen to her for a few minutes, but Ramona would always start nagging him about getting back together. Ramona is ready to forgive Mario for the cheating. They were married for over twenty-five years, and Ramona thinks this is just a phase that Mario is going through.”
