The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce is going to descend into Chaos. TMZ is reporting that Kris Humphries intends to make a stand against the reality star by putting not only her and her family on trial but the whole reality TV industry.
Sources tell TMZ that Humphries intends on making his case before the judge that Kardashian was never interested in staying married to him. She just wanted to marry him and use the publicity to increase her brand awareness and bring higher ratings to her show.
Funny enough, Humphries intends to put the whole trial onto the internet and TV. Humphries has asked the judge for permission to allow TMZ to fil the whole trial.
Kim Kardashian filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. Humphries countered by filing for an annulment on the basis of fraud. Legal experts are saying that Humphries is going to have a huge problem with his case. The first major problem is that he proposed to Kim. The second is that while he might be claiming that the reality star wanted to gain from the sham marriage, he wound up being the real beneficiary as he is now way more recognized and marketable as a result of the marriage.
Another major factor in Kim’s favor is the prenup. Kim went to the hassle of having an extremely long and complicated prenuptual agreement written up and signed. The prenup states what is to happen between the couple for years and years into the future. A person looking to end a marriage after a few months would not have gone through all the trouble of having the prenup so intricate.
