Rihanna is one very special lady — Leonardo DiCaprio is actually taking a break from pursuing models to spend time with Bad Girl RiRi. Perhaps the Wolf of Wall Street star enjoys having a new type of hard-partying prey to play with — or maybe he’s just a third wheel tagging along with Riri and Richie Akiva.
According to People , Rihanna celebrated her 27th birthday on Friday, and Leonardo DiCaprio was one of the many celebrity guests at her star-studded bash. The party took place at the Los Angeles home of businessman Jim Goldstein, and the eclectic guest list included Paris Hilton, Mick Jagger, Jim Carrey, Naomi Campbell, Beyonce, Jay Z, and Bill Murray. From the sounds of it, Leonardo got a little special treatment from the birthday girl.
“They weren’t couple-y but they would flirt and dance so definitely a little magic there,” an eyewitness told People . “They were definitely flirty and dancing, but not over the top.”
According to Us Weekly , Rihanna and her guests celebrated until 4 a.m. in the morning. Another insider confirmed to Us that RiRi and Leo were “dancing close all night.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Rihanna and DiCaprio were also spotted partying together in the wee hours of the morning on Valentine’s Day . Some witnesses have claimed that they’ve seen the pair “swapping spit,” but RiRi might not be in love with Leo. According to the New York Daily News , there are rumors that Rihanna is actually dating DiCaprio’s close friend, club owner Richie Akiva . Akiva was also in attendance at Rihanna’s birthday party. One source claims that Richie and RiRi have “been nearly inseparable since New Year’s Eve.”
Surely RiRi has only been hooking up with Richie or Leo — imagine how awkward her birthday party would have been if she was seeing both friends.
Speaking of friends, one of Rihanna’s closest pals was unable to attend her party. According to Fishwrapper , Katy Perry had to settle for sending RiRi her birthday wishes on Instagram. In honor of RiRi’s big day, the “I Kissed a Girl” singer shared the fan art and accompanying message below.
“HBD to my flawless friend @badgalriri may I bestow this gift of beautiful fan art of us embracing in a passionate almost kiss. I hope you go to bed with all your makeup on tonight aka black out. Luh you, miss you, hope to share a yacht with you in the future bb.”
