Will Dr. Terry Dubrow be featuring former Teen Mom Farrah Abraham on the second season of his E! reality show, Botched ?
After calling on the doctors of Botched with a tweet that read , “Girlfriends don’t say I didn’t warn ya! #BOTCHED California #ER #fixit,” Dr. Dubrow spoke out.
In a new interview with the UK’s Daily Mail , Dr. Terry Dubrow, who appears alongside wife Heather on The Real Housewives of Orange County , hinted that he and his co-star, Dr. Paul Nassif, who was seen on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof, could play a part in Abraham’s face getting back to normal.
“We can’t talk about that but let’s assume that we may be involved with that at this point. Maybe we have, maybe we will, but that’s something she may need help with.”
Following the release of the shocking photos of Abraham’s surgery gone wrong , TMZ revealed what happened to the star.
“Farrah was getting a new procedure, where the doctor puts an implant in the patients lip… which in theory is cost effective because you don’t have to maintain the work with fillers. Farrah says she researched the doctor and the procedure and decided it was a safe bet. She was wrong. She says the doctors injected her with an anesthetic before the procedure… and believes she had a MAJOR allergic reaction.”
After the report, Abraham spoke to Hollywood Life .
“I was attempting to put in a lip implant, but while being relaxed by medication, the doctor used a method I was allergic to and I had a massive attack and went to emergency room. The hospital doctors let the other doctor know what he should not have done. I am not on medicine for 5 days in order to clear up and heal my body from the attack. I never received the lip implant.”
Abraham said one thing is for sure — she now knows who she can’t trust when it comes to plastic surgery.
“I will stick with my other doctors that I have never had issues with in the past. I personally would not recommend south California top rated doctors to anyone.”
Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif debuted the first season of their reality show, in which they fix botched cosmetic procedures, in 2014. Months later, the series was renewed.
Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif will return to E!’s Botched for Season 2 this April.
